New entrance proposal for Nouvel Horizon Public School.

To relocate entrance of the school from Cartier blv. to a private entrance with the continuation of Hampden st. This would greatly increase safety and avoid congestion on Cartier blv. 

GOALS

1. Ongoing improvement of traffic management.
2. Old entrance no longer serves the schools needs.

I support this change. It just makes better sense as a flow of traffic perspective but also improves safety of the public using the parking area of the library and Robert Hartley Complexe Centerva.The vacant land by Higginson st. would be maximized by higher density housing in my view. I will contact the township to see if this is a feasible scenario. To be continued…
